Michael Ross is an epic fantasy author and the creator of The Wand Chronicles, a richly imagined fantasy saga developed for both readers and screen.

His storytelling is shaped by a lifetime immersed in creative, physical, and visual disciplines, bringing cinematic depth, emotional weight, and authenticity to his work.

Before focusing fully on writing, Michael built an international career spanning acting, elite athletics, martial arts, and visual art. He later became an internationally exhibiting artist, with solo exhibitions in New York and Rome, and founded the award-winning fitness brand KETTFusion, now established across the UK and Europe.

These experiences inform his long-form thinking, discipline, and world-building as a creator.

Alongside his fantasy work, Michael is a multi-award-winning author. His true-life audiobook Just Five More Minutes won the International Audio Book Award and led to widespread national media coverage across television, radio, and print.

The Wand Chronicles is his most ambitious and defining project to date — an epic fantasy universe created with long-form storytelling in mind and actively developed for television adaptation.
